Only 15 states still recognize common law marriages, and numerous of these impose restrictions: Alabama, Colorado, Georgia (if produced prior to 1997), Idaho (if created just before 1996), Iowa, Kansas, Montana, New Hampshire (for inheritance purposes only), Ohio (if produced prior to October 1991), Oklahoma, Pennsylvania (if produced before September 2003), Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
That evil and alien jurisdiction, the de facto Equity jurisdiction of the Roman Civil Law , enables judges to enforce the unlawful summonses of IRS agents, Highway Patrol Officers, city policemen, creating inspectors, OSHA agents, FDA agents, and the agents of all other equally unlawful regulatory bodies of so-known as government, who try to impose a jurisdiction in which the Rights of freeborn, Sovereign American individuals are unrecognized and violated.
A Note on Common Law Enforcement: It is understood that each and every in a position bodied citizen is obligated and empowered by Organic Law to assist the Court Sheriff and his Deputies in enforcing the sentence of the Court, which includes by making certain the imprisonment of the guilty, the monitoring of his associates and the public seizure of the assets and home of the guilty and his agents, if such is the sentence of the Court.
